Nazmi Gür (Gurudwara)

He constituted the theorical substructure of Gurudwara Ashram and independent, A New Alternative Life which he recommends. He approached to the question; how the way from yoga to tantra come together with sufism, as Mevlana and Osho lead the way. Current setup of inspiration and situated, all come from him. He responded to unknowns about new man and new life. He founded Alternative Life Academy. He helds genuine studies about philosophy, interactive psychology, alternative medicine, healing and especially about contributions of bioenergy to awareness and its connection to enlightment.

There are lots of published article, TV and radio speech about his studies. He publishes his opinions on various magazines, web sites and internet groups at every opportunity. 

Lajja Gurudwara Bharati

Since 1999, she is a fellow-traveller with Nazmi Gür whom she has chosen as a Guru to herself and has aimed to walk together.

After she met her Guru, with her first bioenergy session her life has completely changed. With her increased awareness she started to follow Alternative Life Lessons. At that time, her experiences and comprehensions upon people’s behaviour has improved clearly.

She studied Integral and Gurudwara Yoga with Nazmi Gür and Sivananda Yoga with Shelly Kerry. She had done Zazen for a while. She studied Tai Chi for a period of time with Ahmet Özkan, the first and currently the only Chen style Tai Chi instructor in Turkey.  These awareness and healing studies which goes on for many years, brought her together with contemporary meditation under the guidance of her Guru. They shared Dynamic, Kundalini, breathing and directive meditation together. She had continued Osho Studio paralel to all her studies for 2 years. She did Osho meditations, she had ‘Meditation and Fascilitator’ education from Maneesha James who is Osho’s close friend and sanyasin. She got the Birthlight Perinatal Yoga Trainer certificate from James Collins, one of the educators of  Brightligt, and started giving lessons for pregnancy and post-natal period. Lastly, she got YA RYT 200 document from Yoga Vidya Mandiram.

She has given the name Lajja by her  Guru. She works as Meditation fascilitator, Gurudwara yoga instructor and perinatal yoga instructor within Gurudwara ashram.

Hande Gür
(E-RYT 500)

I started yoga with meditation. I completed Yoga Alliance RYS-200 Trainer Education in 2011 which is my first education. After 1 year as an instructor, I completed the follow-up education, Yoga Alliance RYS-500 and presented a dissertation which compares Anatolian Sufism with Far East Mysticism. Since then,  I continue as an instructor by attending to workshops from time to time. At the same time as a sociologist, I enjoy observing my students meeting spiritualism and I feel my progression every day.

Life is a flow, and  the closest ones to the spring, are the newest ones to flow.

Children are very open to learning with their clean and pure energy, even their memories that belong to spring are fresh and reachable.

Children Yoga, from the very beginning of journey, before disrupting with life’s chaos, reminds children to stay steady, balanced and close to the spring. Everything we try to learn/remember, brings into flowers in children, even from the beginning of life.

Vildan Soydaş

She was born in Düzce, in 1977. Graduated from Boğaziçi University Philosophy Department in 2000.

She has met with yoga because of her neck-ache in 2007. She did yoga approximately 5 years with her teacher Nazmi Gür. In 2012 she completed 200 Hours Yin Yoga Instructor education with Berivan Aslan Sungur.

She works as a designer in a company currently. On the one hand, she manages a voluntary  education project called OyunlaKodla.
